Our goal is to be or become a familiar source and guide throughout your home buying journey. Could you please reach out to [email protected] with more specific details including a screen shot of the circumstance. We would like to review this incident with high priority. Hi Kelly, Thanks for using Movoto Real Estate and your review. Our goal is to help home buyers connect with Real Estate Agents. When scheduling a tour from a sold property we clarify "Tour the Area". The marketing call as you have called it is a very effective way to meet our unified goals. Please let us know how we further guide your real estate journey.

Hi Mac, Movoto Real Estate specializes in client and agent collaboration throughout the real estate journey. We are saddened to hear about this experience. In some cases the agents we refer clients to are partners and not Movoto Real Estate agents. We are however happy to recognize that you have found the real-time inventory we take pride in providing to home buyers. A direct and private message will be sent to you so we can further investigate the matter.
