The worst experience ever...stay away!!!
It’s Saturday morning, I requested to see a house tomorrow, I get a call right away and their agent asking me a million questions that I am not ready to answer yet, since I haven’t seen the house... He says he can’t help me otherwise and hangs up on me?!? Did I miss anything??? The worst experience ever...stay away!!!

STOP POSTING PEOPLES HOMES ONLINE
THEY HAVE HOUSES POSTED ON LINE THAT ARE NOT UP FOR SALE. THEY USE GOOGLE IMAGES AND PRETEND THEY HAVE THE HOUSE UP FOR SALE. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE CORRECT INFO. ONE EXAMPLE IS 545 S HANOVER CAPE GIRARDEAU MO THE NUMBER OF BED ROOMS IS WRONG THE SIZE OF PROPERTY IS ALSO INCORRECT AS IT IS ONE OF CAPES ORIGINAL SUBURBS AND ALL PROPERTIES ON THE BLOCK ARE THE SAME SIZE 50 FT BY 100 FT. ITS NOT THE HOUSES ORIGINAL LOCATION AND IT WASN'T BUILT IN THE YEAR THAT THEY STATE.

Hello Sarah! Our data is provided to us in a few different ways. - Homes for sale data is provided by the over 150 MLS relationship we currently have. This information is inputted by listing agents and those that "sale by owner". - Homes not for sale data is provided by Public Domain information provided by local county recorder or tax assessor offices within the United States. - When homes are for sale, Real Estate Listing Agents or the homeowner upload images. - When homes are not for sale, public record home images are provided by Google's public domain Street View or satellite images. When we look up the home on Hanover, this is a "Public Record" home which means it is not for sale and those contacting Movoto are only able to look at similar homes in the area if looking to purchase. To correct the information on a Public Record property on our website, one must contact their local county record office to update. Images provided by Google are also updated on their end depending on Google's schedule to send their Google Street View vehicles to that specific neighborhood. Not responsive and not helpful
They are not responsive at all. I keep contacting them and request for more info and schedule viewing and no one ever contacted me back. I feel like no one in this real estate works! Not gonna waste my time with them and wait for their response anymore and will go to other helpful real estates.

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT…
DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR INVESTMENT! Let me explain my story. I am a first time investor looking at getting my first property so after looking through their site, I found one that I am really excited and eager about getting more information on. I got in contact with a representative named Alex on June 11th and she asked me a series of questions through text to gather enough data to pass on to an agent I presume. I was supposed to be contacted that day, but got no call. I texted Alex about it and got no response. A few days pass with no email or response and I called Alex on June 14th frustrated that I haven't been informed on anything. She frantically apologized after realizing that she did not respond to me saying "I'm sorry we missed that". She stated that she would put in an emergency ticket to have someone reach out to me as soon as possible, I told her same day would be best since I was off work, and still got no call or email. At this point I'm unsure about their check and balances and definitely want to take my business elsewhere. As a first time buyer, I can already see it would not be wise to do business through them, so if you are looking at properties through Movoto, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

negative -1 Very Poor response, most of the overflow team does not even know what to do and they are rude. One guy helped to convey my message forward. I bought house and requested to update listing. they took my phone number and email id stating that someone will get back but actually no one ever called me back or took care of my request. Hopefully after this guy listened to me and was nice to me, may be now some action is taken. But I do not recommend this site.
