These people put up the same houses for…
These people put up the same houses for sale - once in May and now again in September to bait you. Then they say it’s not available anymore. I am leery of this operation
Response from Movoto Real EstateSep 26, 2022
Marsha, we're sorry to hear that you have seen the same house for sale multiple times only to find out it's no longer available. If you could email us the property address to [email protected] we'll have our team investigate further. Feel free to give us a call at 844-417-0593 and we can also get you connected with a real estate agent in your area to help with your home search.

I have been trying to reach an agent…
I have been trying to reach an agent about a house for sale, the hour it was posted. I've been trying for 7days to contact this agent and have had multiple people try and the number for Anthony Rocco doesn't work. Now the house is pending?! Same, thing with other agents. Now I possibly lost out on a nice home Scam.

They put an estimate on my home online…
They put an estimate on my home online with no documentation or support whatsoever. They never looked at my home or called me. the estimate is way low ball it is crazy. Another realtor company destroying the market so they can try to make a quit buck. What gives them a right to put a price on MY home online!!!!!!!!! I never listed with them and never would. I want it removed now. I don't want to try to figure out your stupid form!!!

Hi Sheri, We're sorry to hear about your frustration with our price estimator. Many of the properties that show on our site today are gathered through county public record data. The estimated pricing we display is based on comparable homes in the area, however this is just an estimate of available data and only a home appraiser or qualified real estate agent can provide exact pricing. Here is How to Adjust the Price Estimate when viewing a property: https://help.movoto.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048384751 If you'd still like your property removed here are the steps to Remove Property Info: https://help.movoto.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048420391-How-to-remove-your-property-photos-or-property-information-on-Movoto-com

Mariam, helping you get into your next home and ensuring you have a great experience along the way is our top priority. We’re sorry to see that didn’t happen here. OJO network agents have proven track records of providing great service to their clients, and we’ll be sure to follow up with Angela directly to share this feedback. If you want to give us a call directly, our team would be happy to connect you with an agent who can help you see the home you’re interested in ASAP. You can reach our team at (844) 417-0593.

Bait & Switch - STAY AWAY
Called and they told me that the listing shown was sold two years ago. Then the agent asked me if I was in the market. BAIT AND SWITCH - SCAMMERS!
Response from Movoto Real EstateJul 20, 2022
Dave, honesty and transparency are at the core of what we do, and we’re sorry there was any confusion about a property you were interested in. While we do show information for some off-market properties to help customers gain insight into recently sold listings in their area, they should all be clearly labeled as sold or pending. That said, our team would be happy to help you find similar properties to continue your search.

Movot TOTALL USELESS
there are few rental referral sights online that are less useful than Movoto. What a waste of time. Nobody contacts you. The filters work about one third of the time. I wonder how people find places to live nowadays if they are moving for a job? I can understand why someone would say to a perspective new job, sorry I can't accept because I can't figure out how to rent an apartment in your neighborhood and I've been looking for 2 months.
Response from Movoto Real EstateJun 30, 2022
Anthony, we’re discouraged to hear this is the impression we’ve left you with. For rental properties, we pass your listing information directly to the property manager so they can reach out. We’re sorry to hear that has not been the case, and we will share this feedback with our team. In the meantime, many rental properties will have a contact number listed in the description that you can also call directly.
