The only thing I say you give me very very good service

With one quick phone call Movoto hooked us up with an excellent agent. It took a few months to finally make the purchase but our agent, Julia Le, was extremely alert to our needs, communicated well, and followed through on everything. Once in contract, Julia made sure all necessary items were done in a timely manner. Actually, because the seller asked for a quick close, Julia arranged things to help us meet that requirement.

The Movoto Real Estate team had contacted me moments after submitting my profile onto their website. Shortly after that I was in contact with a local real estate agent. The real estate agent that I worked with was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Also, the Movoto Real Estate website was very easy to navigate.

The agent is very friendly, responsive, understands our needs, willing to work with us, provided many listings for us to review, and available to show the property. Was very responsive in getting us the contract once we made the decision to purchase the property, and was available for negotiation with the seller. James worked fast and effectively. He answered our questions and provided information as we requested. Would highly recommend James Carswell. Great agent. Movoto-surfing their site is easy. However in the past the agents were not as reliable and responsive as James is. Therefore did not expect to make an offer and have a contract working through Movoto. Thank you for good service this time.

Dave found me exactly what I was looking for! And informed me about the condo before it was listed on the market. I am so pleased! My experience with him has been very pleasant. He kept me apprised of properties on a daily basis, and always answered my questions promptly. He also accommodated me for showings, and was very knowledgeable about the properties that we visited.
