What’s really scary to me is when you call up and show interest in a house and are referred to a realestate agent and the price that movoto gives you is not the same price the realestate person gives you and you call movoto back and want to trust them and and person on the other end has no clue what happened but you are pretty sure that the sellers children just upped the price knowing after 189 days still on the market finally Gotta catch and immediately upped the price in efforts to rip off. Shameful moving on. And wondering if this message will stay on this list.

I find the website attractive. It has been three days and we still have not heard back from anyone. My husband and I are interested in a property.

The website claims and user experience are 2 different things. The website states how given a little info, they'll have an offer for your house from a buyer in a week. 6 weeks later and still no word from them. I even have my home priced undermarket.

Incorrect data. Movoto (Connecticut) does not seem to use the town appraisal data or even MLS. For my house (not for sale) it had the wrong above ground square feet, ignored the basement, ignored land values. For another house the square feet ignored both MLS and the town appraisal data.
