DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM AND NOT ONLY DID I GET SCREWED SO DID ALL MY FRIENDS. MY GROUP OF FRIENDS ALL WENT WITH THIS COMPANY TO TRY TO GET OUR FRIENDS GRANDPARENTS HOUSE AND WE ALL GOT IGNORED. They deserve no stars but you have to put at least one star. I was set up with a realtor right away who hooked me up with a supposed mortgage loan person who should be able to approve my husband and I for a mortgage loan. That loan person never got back with me and not even till this day after I reached out to the realtor answering his text 2 days later of how seeing where we stood. He assured me he'll get ahold of the loan agent and she'll be in contact with me. In the meantime I got in contact with my cousin who's a loan agent and his network of people couldnt get us approved but my mom was willing to but the mortgage in her name. My cousin tried to get ahold this company and set up an inspection and put a bid in and never got through to anyone. Now the house is sold and I know this because I knew the owners of the house who're deceased they were my neighbors and their grandchildren are good friends of mine. This was an easy sale for them and they screwed me over and I didnt even have a chance to put a bid in. This company has the nerve to blow up my phone and try to make it right by telling me they're sorry I had this experience and they'll hook me up with another agent. Sorry but you had your chance. You get one chance to make a good impression and you blew it plus if I wait 6 months to a year I can get approved for a mortgage through my cousin and not have to pay fees and closing costs, etc. This company knowing this still trying to get my business and cant offer me a deal close to what my cousin can do, sorry I'll just wait my time save a ton of money and hassle and stick with my cousin.

I did not use Movoto to buy or sell yet they feel since I sold a house and accessed their site once or twice, it qualifies. I disagree. A website that asks for a review when their services are not used gets one star and a bad review. Be honest.

Movoto will try to get you hooked with an agent. They have no ratings for agents. Not all agents are equal and movoto should allow users to choose agents and be informed about their past experience. So, never use movoto to choose a agent. Do your homework before you settle with an agent. Look at redfin to. Their agents offer 1% back to buyers. Also, talk to other agents, some offer upto 2% back on new-builds. Movoto is a good site for searching homes.

We found an agent with over 20 years experience, which is why we put our trust into that person.. Big, Big, mistake... It was a horrible experience.. In one way she was trying to do well, but she lied to us and the sellers of the house.. After the sale we got together to compare notes and their agent from the same real estate company was a winner as well... I would not say this is Movatos fault but their agents they employed from another agency were a bad choice... Be careful....
