I am so sorry for your poor experience and for your wait on your poster. Unfortunately during the beginning of the holidays we become very busy and every now and then a poster becomes lost in the chaos or in the shipping. I appreciate your understanding as we continue to work out the kinks to better our workflow to provide a more timely turnaround for our customers moving forward. It absolutely should not have taken that long to get to you and we are working hard to improve our turnaround time to be within the week as we have started working with Amazon shipping to ensure quality turnaround.
