If I could give zero stars, I would. These people charged my Master Card even though I never had a premium membership. This was done when I was laid up after back surgery. They then argued with me when it was obvious that I didn't log in to their website for 6 months. Still waiting on bank to get my money back. Beware!

I TRIED TO FIND AN OLD MOVIE TO WATCH THAT I COULDNT FIND ANYWHERE AND GOT DIRECTED TO THIS SITE CALLED IGLOMOVIES.COM AND THE SITE REDIRECTED ME TO A SIGN UP PAGE...THINKING IT BELONGED TO IGLO, I SIGHNED UP...PUT IN MY CC NUMBER AND NEVER GOT DIRECTED TO THE SITE ITSELF!!! INSTEAD THE SITE WAS FOR MOVIEASE.COM AND THEY HAD NO AFFILIATION TO IGLOMOVIES.COM SUPPOSEDLY!!! THATS WHAT THE LADY SAID WHEN I CALLED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I ASKED CERTAIN QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT THIS COMPANY IS AND SO FORTH.... BASED IN ENGLAND I BELIEVE AND IT SOUNDS AS IF ONLY ONE REP IS RUNNUNG THE PHONES THERE!! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY MOVIEASE.COM AND THERE WRONG DOINGS. I DID CANCEL MY ACCOUNTT IMMEDIATLY(SAME DAY WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF SETTING UP TO BE EXACT ) I HOPE IT STAYS CANCELED AND THE HORRID WOMAN THAT HUNG UP ON ME DOESNT DECIDE TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR BEING AS HORRIBLE TO ME AS SHE WAS. ALSO HOPE NO ONE ELSE GOES THROUGH THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I AM CALLING THE BBB ON THEM!!!PEOPLE PLEASE HEED THE WARNINGS! THANKS

CALL CENTER IS TERRIBLE!! HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES. GETTING FRUSTRATED TRYING TO CANCEL ACCOUNT I DID NOT CREATE. THE WANT INFORMATION FROM ME ABOUT MOVIE EASE ACCOUNT THAT I DID NOT HAVE BECAUSE I DID NOT CREATE ACCOUNT!! TOLD THEM THEY HAVE MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND TO STOP CHARGING ACCOUNT BECAUSE I AM ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSON ON ACCOUNT AND I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS. NAME & EMAIL ACCOUNT THEY GAVE WERE NOT MINE. THEY STILL KEPT PORTION OF MONEY AND I AM GOING TO REGISTER THIS AS THEFT BY MOVIE EASE .COM BECAUSE NO WAY SHOULD THEY HAVE AUTHORIZED THIS ACCOUNT WHEN NAMES DID NOT MATCH ON BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITHOUT FURTHER DILIGENCE.!! CALL CENTER BIG JOKE . NOT EVEN THE COMPANY. JUST SOME OUT SOURCED OUTFIT

When i made my free account it said it was free but it took 0,99$ dollars from my back account and if i want to cancel my account it says that i have to pay 0,99$ just for canceling my account!.... Sucks!! :((

It says 5 days free trial, had to enter credit card details and there were some small check boxes in the forms that contained hidden costs. Be careful not to tick them. Otherwise they will continue to charge you every month. No where to remove your credit card account in the website too. SCAM!

they take moneyform my account, and idon'tknow how ?? i was obliged to makean opposition about my credit card, which cots me time, money... Be VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM

somehow this POS company got my daughters account number and have been deducting 2.95 from her account for the past few months. She didn't sign up for them, she didn't voluntarily give them her information yet they have it. Don't tell me to call your company, I did that and the customer service rep talked over me with the same line about non refundable terms when you sign up. Problem is my daughter didn't sign up so STFU.

I don't stream, I don't use sites to download movies or tv shows or anything like that and to top it off IVE NEVER USED THIS SITE OR EVEN HEARD OF IT! Yet I check my bank account today to find that for the last five months, small amounts of money has been coming out of my account and charging me a currency transfer fee as I am in Australia. The only contact number provided is one that my service provider claims does not exist and the website name given on my statement ALSO does not exist as it contains TWO E's in the domain name instead of the one E that is displayed on the website. Very unhappy and have reported them to my financial institution for fraud.
