Hi, JA Houston. Thanks for letting us know. We're equally as disappointed as you to hear that may not have received responses from 3 of your 4 movers. I encourage you to connect directly with those movers via the phone numbers provided on your Quote Results Page, if you've only emailed them. We are also here to help. If you'd like us to get you connected with movers, email support (at) movematcher.com and we will follow up promptly. Thanks again for your feedback, we're striving to make moves less stressful, and I do hope your move turns out to be a success! -- Dave O., president, MoveMatcher

Not Responsive
I expected to get multiple responses per my shared details...I received one response asking for the details that I had already been asked to create my query.

Zero Match
It matched nothing for Jacksonville, FL to West Chester, PA. Maybe the algorithm isn’t designed to handle more than two states.

Other sites give quotes
Other sites give quotes, this is just an excuse to *send you unwanted email* and give you yellow page listings. I did not receive the quotes as promised and the site led with encouragement to contact the individual vendors within the site, despite my supplying all the requested information. I'm not sure why the site does not work as they insist it does, but I did not find any of the usability they promised. I was then told the vendor had my review removed because using the word that commonly means "sends you unwanted email" was inflammatory.
