I initially chose this company last year to help move my father from one Assisted living facility to another and I was extremely impressed with their competence, timelines, and friendly demeanor. So, I called them again for my major move out of the house I’d been living in for 11 years and into a new home. Once again, they were spot on! They completely reduced my anxiety and stress, they didn’t make me feel like my objects were a hassle to move and they continually checked in with me to see how I was feeling! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving, whether It’s a large job or a small one, they make sure it gets done right!!

Moving on up! That’s right I moved into my dream home with the help of Move Central this last month. What a overall amazing customer service experience. From the fast quote response from John who was prompt to return my call and explained every detail possible to ensure I understand each process. His follow through and check in prior to the move was right on time. He was even easy to accommodate a last minute change in schedule due to my move out day being pushed back. Francisco was the lead mover for my two man crew. He was professional over the phone and extremely friendly in person. He walked me through the process prior to moving anything. He also was very cautious on how he moved my valuable. Not one knick, scrape or broken item. They move fast, safe and securely. All in all, the company is a good one, the movers were hard workers and I am grateful for their service.

Moving worries no more! I had a terrific moving experience with Move Central today! From the responsiveness of the staff in getting me scheduled, communicating with me on what to expect and when, to the movers assigned my case, to their quick and efficient moving skills, to the price being what I was quoted, I can’t express how happy I am with the service I received. Alexander in the office was terrific at coordination and communication, and Guadalupe and Jamone, my two movers, were two of the most helpful, nice and efficient moving folks I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. You guys rocked! These kind men went above and beyond my expectations to help and move items and re-move them if I changed my mind, and they simply were a joy to work with. Moving is stressful, but I will not hesitate again in calling this team to help with any moving needs in the future. Thank you for putting service back in a service industry!

Just had an absolutely fabulous moving experience with Move Central. I am going through a divorce and going from a 2700sq ft home to a 700sq ft apartment, yikes! We took everything and they helped me make it fit! They were very professional and encouraging. Did I mention they had to get the stuff up three flights of stairs, whoa! They did this without a scratch. The whole thing went off without a hitch, we even came in under the estimated cost, nice bonus! The guys did a great job. For the first time in my life I hired movers and I’m so glad I did. I had the greatest experience anyone could have had. We all want to save money but when it comes to my personal belongings I didn’t wanna take the chance of things being stolen or scratched up just to save a few bucks. As it turns out the price was well worth it. My guys were so amazing and friendly. They hustled and never took breaks except for maybe a swig of water that I offered to them. If this is any consolation, I’ve never left a review for anyone but felt I had to because my experience was so awesome. I will be recommending you guys to everyone! Keep up the amazing work.

We have moved across cities and states throughout the years and have used all kinds of moving services. Move Central is the best of the best! We found Move Central based on their reviews and I cannot say enough to express our appreciation for this company and their employees. We hired them to move my elderly mom. Scheduled move was 6am. They phoned the day before to confirm and arrived right on time. First, they were genuinely nice guys. Second, they treated my mom’s furniture like it was their own and throughout the move they did those little unexpected extras that weren’t part of their job. They were fast, efficient, trustworthy, helpful and friendly. Not traits we found in most movers we spoke to. The cost was true value and very close to their estimate. No surprises. No add one. No excuses. No hassle. It was just such a great experience during what can be an otherwise stressful process. Thanks guys. You were great and your professionalism was greatly appreciated by all.

This company made my long distance move from San Diego to Sacramento extremely stress free. Erik helped coordinate the quotes and payment from beginning to end, and even checked in the day of the move to make sure it was going smoothly. Omar and Mario called me the night before to confirm the move time and showed up on time the next day. They moved quickly, took great care of our furniture and even helped pack a few last minute odds and ends that I didn’t have boxes for. They showed up early on our move in day with an extra guy to help unload the truck into our new place and took the time to assemble furniture and place the boxes exactly where I needed them. I cannot thank them enough for their help, and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
