Ordered the item. Took over a week to ship. When it arrived it was the wrong item.

Hello Joseph, We apologize for shipping the wrong colored item, we replied to your email but have not received a response yet, please check your spam folder if you need extra assistance. As for the shipping time, at checkout the system lets you choose your desired shipping speed, when you select shipping method "Standard Shipping (5-10 Business days) - NO PO BOX" we "cross-dock" these orders, meaning, the inventory is stored in our suppliers' warehouses and due to high shipping fees we bring inventory into our fulfillment center first, these orders will take approx 5 days to ship to you but will still arrive within the time window, as we did.
