Truly awful experience. Pieces missing, wrong key was shipped with unit so I couldn't open it and when I called their customer service, they said "Sorry, can't send you the right key - we bought from a factory that can't fix this problem"!?!? Really - not even a simple key replacement. So now, I have to try and box this up and ship it back, at UPS - Amazon won't take it!!! Truly bad.
