I’m very nervous about doing business on line. But this company has been very thorough and immediate with the information concerning my case. I feel much more at ease. I want my bills paid and i don't want any problems bc I've always been very honest. Ty for your help and consideration.

Mike Lappin was quite gracious in his method of listening to my needs to help resolve my debt. The interest rates have overwhelmed me. It is almost impossible to recover and become debt free. It is encouraging to have someone not judge me for my lack of foresight.

The representative was informative
The representative was informative. That being said it was honestly hard to keep up. She talked fast as if reading a script. I did however put it all together so I believe we were on the same page.
