Deceived in D.
Deception and avoidance
You need to tell people upfront that you will not make payments on the accounts during the first 6 months while they make payments to you. And when asked that question specifically don't dance around the answer. Its NO you don't make the payments. Be truthful not super sneaky and deceptive.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We take concerns about trust and transparency very seriously. We understand you feel misled about how the process works, and that is not the experience we want for our clients. We would like to understand more about what happened and how we can make this right. Our goal is to provide a clear and thorough understanding of our program and ensure proper expectations are set. A client relations manager will be reaching out to gather additional information.
