Ordered a jacket online, never received an email that they received my order but the full amount was deducted from my account immediately. Sent several emails, and sent messages to the Whatsapp number with zero response. I just disputed the charge woth my bank to get my money back. Full on scam.

Writing this review to help others avoid being scammed like I was. If I could give zero stars, I would. This “company” is a fraud. I spent $149 for an order I’ll never receive. Initially my inquiry emails to find out when I could expect delivery, were answered promptly. I was assured on two separate occasions that I would receive tracking info the following day. Of course that was a lie. Now my emails (1/2 a dozen or so, at this point, go unanswered). The company claims on their website that they’re based in California…like everything else about this company, that is also a lie…it’s in Europe. This company is a prime example that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I learned the hard way, don’t make the same mistake I did. Update: Still no further communication from the seller, but finally received my order…it arrived after our event was over, so it’s completely useless. The idiot also shipped the item to my old billing address, instead of my listed shipping address, but I know the person who lives where it was delivered and they let me pick it up. I’ll never order from this company again…terrible experience!

Ordered a sweater in July and never received it. No communication from the company. The phone number doesn’t work. This place is scamming people.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an outfit for my son on April. 20, 2024z and haven’t received it. I have reached out to the company NUMEROUS TIMES for a refund with no response!!!!!! Just BAD BAD BAD!

Terrible experience, should be 0 stars. Purchased item got notification they want another $40 or I can get refund. I asked for refund and 10 emails later with customer support and still NOTHING NO REFUND. AVOID!! UPDATE: Apr 20,2024 Filed a complaint with BBB who has tried to contact Moto Collection but they still won't respond.

Placed my order April 1st and payment for my purchase was immediately taken from my account but I am yet to get an email to verify my purchase or when I can expect delivery. I have sent 3 different emails with no response!! Frustrating! This place doesn't exist, it's a SCAM operated by Ahmed Mir in the UK!!!

I've tried to call and email about how to return my jacket. Get no reply and the phone number isn't the right number. Company is a total ripoff. The zipper on jacket is on the wrong side, it's for a woman's jacket. Worst company I've ever dealt with !!

i ordered a Detroit Lions Varsity Jacket which was supposed to be shipped within a week. Three weeks later no jacket and no replies to emails written to customer service. Thankfully purchased on Visa with customer protection. Don't trust this merchant or positive feedback. They are crooks!!!
