Motion Beast 2 I found to be very hard to stay engaged with. How the lessons are laid out and how the voiceover speaks are very boring. The only explaination as to why he’s doing something is “This looks great”. I want to know why we’re doing things and how different motion is used to make it look real. The files supplied are also such a mess, found myself having to remake most of the files before starting to animate. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this course.

The course is a slapstick mess of misaligned steps, the discord is a graveyard of complaints and lack of support. with promises to remedy the poorly constructed content that they charge the better part of 600 dollars for. despite having emailed for a refund the response received only said "we will be updating the course" with no refund allocated, no mitigatory steps provided. simply put, once you buy this course. its yours, period.

About a year ago, MDS entered the Chinese market and advertised their courses, including the course "CG adventure" (Chinese version 245$). About half a year later, all their official accounts in China were suddenly cancelled, and all Chinese courses stopped updating. At that time, there was still a Chinese version of the course in my course library, but it is no longer available. We asked in the MDS Facebook group and emailed to MDS. We wanted to know an answer, but the official reply from MDS was-because we can't cooperate with the course author and the course is closed. Then MDS split this course into "Modeling Essentials in Autodesk Maya————499$" and "In-Depth Concept Art————349$". The current attitude of MDS is that it refuses to refund and does not continue the course. Oh, by the way, there are more than 290 students from all over the world who participated in this course and paid 259$, 249$,599$. This is the result we got: We paid the money and went to a half-stop course. Oh, maybe we only got one-fifth?

For those who are deciding to buy it. I suggest don’t do it. They didn’t make the course finish. Abandon 290 students. Think about what I said. I warn you guys. Thanks

I was sold a course called 'CG adventure' during its early stages. They have since abandoned this course and stripped some modules off it to sell seperately for the same original cost as the course I purchased. When I asked them for a refund they responded by admitting the course was unfinished and offering me the same 50% offer they regularly run (hilariously it was running at that very moment). The course content itself is very brief and largely underwhelming for such expensive content. Avoid if at all possible
