After doing extensive research online to find a reputable company to make a Mother's ring for my Mom's 70th, birthday, I decided on this company, because of their dedication to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personal customer service. I needed the ring fairly quickly, and from the time I ordered until delivery, it was less than a week before it arrived. I also enjoyed the quick responses to my questions, including a personal call to check a mistake I had made in filling out my address. Overall, I am VERY happy with the ring and the entire experience. It made the special occasion one we will never forget! Thank you so much!

The Ring I purchased from Mothersfamilyrings was not only gorgeous, better than expected - but of the highest quality and craftsmanship. The company's customer service is impeccable - I am the type of shopper that asks a lot of questions, and also in this case, had 2 special requests for the design of this ring - first I asked for Rose Gold (which was not offered in this style), second I asked for an in-between size (7 1/4") - both requests were responded to and accepted with courtesy and ease - at no extra charge!! - They also take the time to answer questions real time, no long hold times, no answering machines or repeated callbacks - very professional and knowledgeable staff. The band and stones were of excellent quality and as mentioned - the band is custom made to order, craftsmanship is evident when you inspect the ring under magnification. Delivery for this handcrafted ring was about 1 week (during one of their peak seasons - mother's day) and for this level of quality, the price was more than reasonable (you get what you pay for and I am very pleased with this one of a kind ring) - if you are looking for cheap, mass produced, factory-line, fake stones and cheesy lightweight bands - don't shop here - if you are looking for a ring that will last (and is guaranteed to last) a lifetime - than this is the place to shop - Appraisals are included with purchases (Free) over a certain amount (see website for details). Our mom cried when we gave her the ring we ordered. She loves it! I tend to be critical of everything, so I was very concerned about ordering this online without seeing anything or knowing someone that had purchased here before. I'm so glad I decided to take a chance; the quality of the ring is great! We purchased a sz 5.5 10k white gold 7 stone twist shank mothers ring with Precious Topaz (Nov), Blue Zircon (Dec), Garnet (Jan), Amethyst (Feb), Aquamarine (Mar), Diamond (Apr), and Ruby (Jul). The ring itself and the stone settings feel very sturdy; I'm not worried one bit about it breaking, bending, or losing its stones. The stones are good quality and genuine (very hard to find), and it actually turned out much prettier than I expected... and I had very high expectations. I'm extremely satisfied with everything about this ring. I know my mom is very proud of it; she hasn't taken it off her finger yet, and I doubt she will very often. Excellent!

I absolutely love my Mothers ring. The design is beautiful (4 stone hugs and kisses) and the stones are stunning. I have 2 Chatham stones and they are incredibly beautiful. They do change color depending on the lighting from a lovely light purple to a gorgeous green. I received my order very quickly within 10 days. I highly recommend this jeweler!

It was nice and easy to order the ring. I emailed a question and they answered right away. I did it last minute but, I think I am still going to get the ring in time for Mother's Day.
