I purchased a mother’s family ring for myself after the birth of our fourth and last baby. I wanted something of high quality and value because I plan on wearing this ring every day, like my wedding ring. I am beyond thrilled at how beautiful it is, and don’t regret spending more money on real gems and high quality craftsmanship. I actually ordered a different ring first, and found that I wasn’t in love with it. I was able to easily return it and have them make me something even more gorgeous, that I’m very proud to wear everyday! I would definitely recommend this family owned jeweler over any internet store! It would be nice if the website had better pictures of the ring choices, especially with a hand model! It’s hard to tell how big the ring and gems are otherwise.

My "honest" experience. To preface this for others, my Wife wears very high quality diamonds, so I was worried it wouldn't stack up coming from an online vendor. She and I were both delighted! We spent approx. $4k on it, and she is very happy! Additionally, and more importantly, things weren't perfect, on my end and theirs. But this family owned business went above and beyond! Alot of communication, patience and effort! Bottom line - the business and the product A++++ Buy with confidence!

When the website accidentally overcharged me without my realizing it, I received a phone call within the hour apologizing for the error and promising that the mistake would be corrected. And when the ring came, I was simply blown away. It appraises for twice what I paid for it. And far more importantly, my wife was overjoyed. Gorgeously PERFECT!!

I worked with Alice (owner) to customize a ring with larger stones. She was able to turn my request around very quickly and ship a new ring out in time for Christmas. It is beautiful and just as I hoped. Would highly recommend and do business with them again.
