Mother's family ring was very responsive when I thought my package had been lost and when I wanted to exchange the chain I had bought. I would definitely recommend them. I also love the infinity heart that I bought for my daughter. I wanted something special since she is 16 and being able to purchase an affordable, real-Alexandrite was wonderful. It was also nice that they had the imitation stone as an option. The packaging is very nice as well. I'm not sure if my daughter will like the box or the pendant better. Alice was the customer service rep with whom I e-mailed and spoke with. She was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Alice!!

I purchased a three stone ring for my Wife as a Christmas gift. The ring symbolizes her relationship with her Mother and Grandmother. I am very skeptical with online purchases but these jewelers do take pride in their work and clarity of their stones. I read Their website and it is very informative. Do take the time to look into their other websites. Their products are very unique. As for my ring, excellent quality and design. The fit was precise and I am very happy with my ring. I hope my family tree will grow so I can get a necklace, bracelet or earrings perhaps?

Very polite and helpful on the chat. Website answered all of my questions. I used the normal delivery method. They're in Indiana, I'm in Texas and the ring was in my hands the very next day! The follow-up has been very good and the ring I ordered was made exactly as I had ordered it. It was beautiful as was this entire experience. If you're having concerns about ordering expensive jewelry online, as I was, you can put them aside. If what I experienced is the norm and, according to the other reviews that appears to be the case, you're gonna be just fine! Fire away.
