Purchased: Nord Chair × 4 - White Oak / Dark Grey Ma Round Dining Table 42” × 1 - White Oak 2 of the legs were broken when the items arrived and a 3rd had a cosmetic defect. Customer service did send replacements quickly, however one of the new legs had the same cracked part. I ended up using the leg with the cosmetic defect. Both the chairs and table have a slight unevenness, but the quality of wood is good and heavy.

I purchased the Nova Desk from Moss Design and received the desk on 10/4/2024. The desk I received not only looks nothing like the pictures on their site and social media pages, but it doesn’t even look like walnut. They also have hidden in their return policy that the larger desk (which I ordered) will look different than the smaller one. This should be spelled out entirely on their product page, which it is not. They should also tell people to read the return policy first before purchasing. They're clearly trying to offload botched products by hiding key details.
