We recently were looking forward to figuring out how to change our mortgage, but didn’t know where to start. We were very fortunate to work with Terrisa Reeves. Terrisa has been incredibly helpful and super informative in getting us great options and walking us through all the steps in the process. Her knowledge and expertise truly gave us the opportunity to trust the process and know we were being expertly taken care of. She was accessible and responsive to all our questions and we are so happy with our new mortgage she helped broker for us. We highly recommend Terrisa Reeves and Mortgage365.

I just completed the refinancing of my homeowner's loan with Mortgage365 Lending, and the whole process couldn't have been easier, more expedient, or more pleasant. The folks there that I worked with, Joey and Megan, were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, encouraging, respectful, patient, and friendly. From the beginning--when I was seeking information and advice--until the completion--when the loan was completed and notarized--the experience was pleasant and incredibly easy. It was all done online, except the final notarizing, which was done in fifteen minutes in my living room. I never once had to leave my home! And the bottom line is I got a wonderful new, lower interest rate. I would encourage anyone out there looking to get a home loan for the first time or a refi to give these competent folks a call. You will be treated with respect and encouragement by consummate professionals.
