Moose KnuckleReviews of moose-knuckle.com

I was very happy with the service from Moose Knuckle until I got an invoice out of the blue for £106.41, of which £93.66 is the import VAT (Italy to UK) and £12.75 is FedEx's fee. These fees should be explicitly stated when you order.

Recently had a warranty repair it took me 2 months to get approve. I have to email back and fort for at least 20 times. Will post out all the email to show everyone. They have the worst management. My Parkas is brand new it was a gift from my family. Previously I had 4 moose knuckle jacket. The is the fifth one I had. The width is faulty made at least 1" small then my two other parks (exactly the same just different color) the armpit area is made small with extra material bulging from the inside. The zipper is super wrinkle! They approve the repair and ask me to send back. After they receive it took them forever to repair. They also did not confirm me what has been done and then send the jacket back. The armpit area restitched and it is terrible and bad stiching all wrinkle up and the zipper is still super wrinkle. Then they ask me to send it back again. The repair service is super bad. The jacket is brand new and they make it look like a very bad quality Parkas now becuase all these stitch and restitch and wrinkle zipper. Even already in this condition they still not replacing the jacket. I would not accept to send it back for the 3rd time.
