Money For Nothing
In September 2026 i booked a trip for June of 2027. I paid Moorings a deposit of $4,967.46. I did not fill out any of their paperwork for the trip. About two weeks later i canceled and asked for a refund. No dice. I plan on suing them next week. There is a “I agree” box when you book that you have to click to complete the booking, but the contract says no booking until you sign it. Which I did not do. Be warned. In my view this is not customer service. This is customer ripoff. Oh ya, I have rented from them many times over the years. Customer loyalty means nothing to them.
