I enrolled my daughter in a trial class for Robotics and Advanced Math with Moonpreneur and paid $19 for the trial. During the signup, I entered my card details only for the trial session. Unfortunately, the trial class did not meet our expectations, and we decided not to continue. However, without my permission or any clear authorization, $199 was charged as a monthly fee. There was no clear or easy way provided to disable auto-payment. I immediately raised a cancellation request online and asked for a refund since my child did not attend any classes beyond the trial. Since then, I have been continuously following up via email and calling the provided contact number, but I have received no response. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise other parents to be cautious, especially regarding payment authorization and auto-renewal policies.

This business is a scam

I heard about this on Facebook and took a trial class for my two sons. The kids were happy and they gave me trial month for $19 and said they will send a robotics kit in first 4 weeks. Now when I was asking about it they said you misunderstood the document and it said when it will auto renew then it will send you the kit. It's a big fraud. Don't fall in the trap

This is misinformation. They tell you they have a space booked for an in-person session, then cancel the day before and put it online and try to sell your kids on games. This is an online sales program, and if you are lying within the first interaction with your consumers, what is next? #SCAM

Our experience with Moonpreneur was not as expected. Class recordings were often delayed, and weekend sessions were scheduled without proper coordination with parents, causing confusion. The classes were more lecture-based with limited hands-on guidance, and doubts were not consistently addressed before moving to new topics. Additionally, our experience with customer care was frustrating. Our concerns were not resolved effectively, communication lacked follow-up, and there were instances of miscommunication that affected our daughter’s class access. Overall, the program did not meet our expectations in terms of engagement, support, and coordination, so we chose not to continue.

Complete scam and marketing sales pitch. False advertising. Do not waste your time. There is no robotics construction as advertised.

Worst customer service- campaign promised to deliver a gift hamper to my kid but never sent it. FALSE promises made hurting kids emotionally. I already reached out to support team multiple times and they failed horribly to address the problem.
