Charged me for service I did not sign up for.
Ordered there least expensive service. Under a $1000 a year. Saw they charged me $4280 for a service I did not agree to. Called for total refund. Refund did not show up on CC. Called again, This time I was told they did not give refunds. Below is their refund policy I received in my e-mail: Refund Policy Remember, your one-year subscription comes with a 60-Day Credit Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership within your first 60 days, give us a call or shoot us an email and we will credit your account with a different Monument Traders Alliance service.
