Zéro étoile. Site à éviter. Achat à éviter. Vêtements en provenance de la Chine, sans étiquette ni grandeur. Impossible d’obtenir une adresse de retour. Très mauvais service après achat. J’ai écrit 5 fois pour obtenir une adresse de retour et je ne l’ai jamais reçue. N’achetez pas Montterini.

Scammer!!! Please report their website and instagrams I purchased 2 months ago with 70$, and when I received message from the post office to collect the package. And I got was just a hair band Unbelievable DO NOT MAKE ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE

THIS IS TOTAL BULL SH**. SCAM. DO NOT BUY! SCAM. LOW QUALITY!! I bought a sweater, the description and the images shown were definitely not real, instad of a wool nice design sweater of over 70 € and I got a cheap and super low quality (plastic-ish) material with a completely different pattern. There was only Diana Sullivan who told me this: "Hi Dear! We will be happy to provide you return, but we already do our best to provide free shipping world-wide for all our customers and tax-free. So according to our refund policy we cannot provide returns, if your items not damaged." Now I spent 70€ on a piece of fabric that it cannot be valued over 10€

nessuna stella. non ho ricevuto il pacco nonostante il sito mostra consegna avvenuta. poste italiane rifiuta ogni tipo di aiuto per il tipo di contratto di spedizione. il servizio assistenza di Montterini e' inesistente . continuo a scrivere senza nessuna risposta. ho pagato in anticipo il capo comprato. bella fregatura. nessuna risposta , soldi buttati . vergogna!
