Auto charged my acct after I canceled my subscription. So I called Rick then 6 months later they started sending baits. But only did 11 bags/boxes. The company is not well run. Monsterbass is trying to get people to buy into the company they need money.

I ordered the bass and panfish subscription box. They say you get 8+ baits.i got 6 and they were all for bass. When I contacted Monsterbass.com they said it's the new look . I will never spend another dime at this company

Worst company ever to order from , ordered product on 9/11/23 and it's been in transit ever since , I only live in Ohio and it's coming from Tennessee, I could have driven down there and back and been fishing with it already faster, response from customer service is really shady , wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, very disappointed in thier service, they already have my money and it seems to me this company is a scam or cares very little for there customers once they get your money.
