There were a number of delays with Meditations due to COVID supply chains, but the communication from Monochrome Books was timely and upfront. The end product is fantastic and I'll be looking forward to more of their publishings.

An amazing idea and the book was beautiful. It was well worth the wait.

I have a fantastic edition of Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations. The black paper is great, the printing clear and the binding sturdy and well-done. A great addition to my collection, recommended.

I found out about this company on kickstarter and was excited to back their project. Although the project hit many production speed bumps, a great amount of effort was put in to communicating issues and delays to the project backers. Now that the project has come to fruition I could not be happier with the final product. The book itself is absolutely beautiful. A part of the beauty comes from the unique look of the book and it's black pages, but the fact that it is put together so well only adds to it. I cannot wait to see what titles are released in the future so that I may add another Monochrome book to my collection.

Stunning book. Great project to back

I feel very satisfied with the end product. The timing for such a venture was unfortunate with Covid and the resulting supply chain issues but Luis did a fine job of producing a quality book, especially it being his first attempt. I, personally, would have liked a few more updates on the progress. I’m certain subsequent books will be more timely and will definitely consider purchasing more, depending on the title.
