Monkey DepotReviews of monkeydepot.com

I returned a $425 action figure back to Monkey Depot on December 24, 2025. Weeks of not responding to my inquiries, they finally informed me they never received it. My tracking showed otherwise: 9534614368185358656194 clearly states it was delivered back to them on December 30, 2025. They claimed I addressed it to someone else instead and shipped it to them. I have an open claim against them. Monkey Depot is committing fraud and theft of my my funds, after receiving my unopened return.

As somewhat of a fussy collector, still new to 1/6 figure collecting, this is a great place to start. Their prices are reasonable and they sell a wide variety of loose parts for a whole lot less than you'd find on similar sites' or on eBay. I've bought from here several times now and every time it's a 5 star service. My most recent purchase was sent to me via FedEx and in-hand 3 days later. I'm an international customer, so I was really pleased and impressed with this. Keep up the good work, Monkey Depot!
