This option totally sucks. You add the money and it takes forever to have the right balance!! I just had to use this for just one time. Do not buy!!!

The worst customer service, the biggest headache, the biggest mistake. I didn’t even get to use my real card cause I could never get it to me or cut it off and had to send me another one. Don’t waste your time. 

Green dot money pak stole 490.00 from me and refused to refund it . They blamed Walgreens and I had two receipts showing it was loaded and the reload was activated. They lied and told me that I could have given the reload number ways to someone . I'm trying to pay my bills not anyone else's . It's been two weeks and can't get any help . CS is a joke and money pak don't even have a phone number or email address that works !! Please someone help me !!

A friend purchased 50 on money pak for me. 4 months later I have still not gotten my money or any help. You cannot reach customer service.

Purchased a MoneyPak card in the numbers were not legible. Absolutely no way possible to ever talk to a MoneyPak employee. Eventually after about 3 months the retail establishment made it right but not moneypak.

Scam no real contact. When you do the person you talk to can't speak English. There scratch off is made to destroy the numbers. Web site is a joke and can't make a account. Two days into this and the 20 number support number they give is fake use a visa heck send cash overnight avoid this company

Don't buy the money pak card to transfer to a debit card . Just don't. After 5 failed attempts due to no fault of my own ( glitch so they say ). Now exceed my attempt to do what I was attempting to do. Zero customer service or support. They don't exist. Try another way . This is a ridiculous ghost scam

OK had my taxes done thru taxslayer and they sent me a green dot bank card. Everything was fine until I got my taxes deposited into the account. I used over 1700 dollars of my account and no problems. Then I go to get gas one day and find out my account has been frozen so I call them and they wanted me to send them the wrong and back pictures off my ID card So I did that and then they proceeded to try to tell me that my state identification card is a fraud so they completely logged out my account and told me that it would be at least 60 days before they could cut me a check for what the remaining balance of $588 is in the. Account so if you've ever had to deal with green dot and you know what I'm going through? Welcome to the club.
