I’ve just been scammed by Mondo. Someone by the name of Mathew renewed my contract without my permission. I phoned MTN and they assured me that there was no changes done. I then went to an MTN store and they told me that my contract had just been renewed by Mondo. So who’s fooling who? I was defrauded in March this year also by MTN. So I got hold of mondo and the lady said I must phone 135 to reverse the contract. When I phoned 135 they say that they cannot change it because mondo needs to change it. So here I am with no service and a contract that I didn’t want renewed. Although they have the recordings of the conversation I had with mondo not to proceed with the renewal they then shield one another and now I’m waiting as I only have 10 days to reverse this but nobody to reverse it for me. Clearly no training has been done in this sector so my best is to switch networks. Be aware of mondo and MTN fraudsters. They sit inside the company. Now they don’t even need your pin to scam you. My heart goes out to the older people who has and will fall victims to these scamsters!!!

This is by far the worst company or whatever they are. An agent called me offering a contract and I told the guy that I needed a portable wifi, this guy sent me a home wifi and I cancelled on that day I received the parcel , Two weeks later They collected they wifi Now I am being charged since July because they haven't received the the tracking number of a parcel that was collected JULY already This is absurd

This company should be closed period, they debit money from my account without my approval, they need to be reported to the Ombudsman. Crooks,stay away from them.

Totally a misleading company that have to many terms they tell you and every time you call them they change their story or they tell you that the previous person you talked to had gave you misleading info would not refer them even to an dog they give you false hope no wonder truecaller reported them as a spam totally worthless and a waste of my time

Bloody Mondo sold me the 60GB MTN monthly Sim only deal and I approved a Debi check of R47 however they've been debiting odd amounts, the first debit was R397 Second one was R780 Third one was R1000 Whenever I try to fix this issue with them they say they will investigate

Stay away as far as possible from Mondo. First they sold me wireless internet from MTN, without mentioning that it is a 3 year contract. Then when there is loadshedding, their router doesn't work. I cancelled the contract in May 2022 already. 21 June they collected their router. Still they are debitting my account for a cancelled contract. I send many mails and their response is " we are investigating the matter" Poor Poor service.

They are not reachable and my service experience is pathetic. I will not advice anyone to use them. Go straight to Network provider outlet. This Mondo seems like it's Scam unfortunately they get your details and talks like it's MTN kanti it's thus thugs.

Hi, I was contacted by someone called mphumi, offering me data deal. I have been billed twice but have not received the data SIM yet. I want to cancell the contract but the is no such option. Please someone help me, I'm just a pensioner who was fooled by these ppl
