SCAM ALERT…I never received the bag I ordered from this company. I reached out multiple times via email to ask about the status of my order but never received a single response. Looking back, I should have known something was off from the start as they attempted to take the initial payment four times. While those charges were refunded quickly, it triggered a fraud alert from my bank, which led them to cancel the transaction and ask me to reissue the payment. Sadly, I now realize that was a red flag. Very frustrating experience and I still haven’t heard anything from them!!!

From order to delivery, everything was fantastic. I've been looking for a bag like this for what seems like a lifetime. Very impressed with this company, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks again, you've made my year!
