That's something that should have not happened until you are ready to remove the temporary tattoo in 3-4 days. We might have had no issues in fulfilling your order in time, however, circumstances beyond our control may delay the shipment. Thank you for your honest feedback, Justin! Per reviewing your communication history with us, I see that both of your emails from May 23rd and June 1st were replied to by our team within those same days. Our replies might have gone through your Spam/Promotions folder. On June 2nd, though, you reached out to us via Instagram where we told you about our replies to your emails. However, a system error automatically marked the support ticket as solved so we have failed to continue handling the issue and resolve it from there. Overall, it is totally understandable that you'd seen that as a bad experience. We totally do not want any customer to have experienced that.
