I cancelled the subscription, but they still charged me for the annual subscription. I wrote to the support of the application. The money was not returned. Scammers.

Am absolutely disgusted with the customer service, tried to cancel my subscription 3 times unsuccessfully & have had to go thru my bank to finally have it cancelled and refunded.

Same as all the other reviews. Had no intention of subscribing to this and paying around 90$. My wife can’t even remember what it is. No answer from any of their emails. The perfect irony is that this app is supposed to be helping individuals with anxiety and it’s clear from the vast majority of the reviews that this company and their app are a direct negative impact on people’s well being. This is the world that we live in today. Incredibly sad.

This company has been taking a monthly subscription from my account since November. I don't have the app and I don't have any record of any correspondence from them so I have no idea how and when they got my data. I wrote to them a month ago. They have stopped taking the subscription by they are not refunding me and are refusing to respond to any emails. Shocking, dishonest and highly suspicious.
