Run! Don't rent from L. W. Molnar
L. W. Molnar aka Louis W. Molnar is a total dirt-bag, the Trumphole of Pittsburgh. The building is not maintained, there are constant water leaks, which they charge tenants a monthly water free for, but patch the leaks on the pipes with saddle clamps, and then sometimes replace sections of pipe, when they have to, instead of replacing all of the plumbing. Just wait for all the little sections of pipe to being leaking ! They use/hire/do the cheapest of everything. For three years now the shrubs have not all been trimmed. Weeds grow, Not enough parking. They think they are doing us a service renting to us
