Mo-XReviews of moexpress.com

When the MoX driver dropped me off last week, they damaged a block from my retaining wall and are now refusing to pay to replace the damaged block (text message attached). Will be filing a claim against the company with the Boone County Courthouse and with the state attorney general. It is unbelievable that they admit culpability but are now refusing to take responsibility for their actions.

First time using . Flying in from the UK. Found their web site hard to use. However their email responses where so quick to help . Maybe to add an easy button to add a passenger and details would improve website. Email response added confidence in their company. Information and pictures on pickup place outside of terminal was spot on . Driver was on time very friendly and helpful. A great advert for their company I didn't give a tip on the web site because I wanted to make sure driver received it personally. However I ask our driver and he said the company is a good company to work for and he does recieves all gratuities given by web site, We used the door to door service . What a perfect service. After a long time travelling , to get this service was the cherry on the cake. A 2 hour transfer for an average of $50 per persons felt just right. Thank you looking forward to using again
