It seems they ignore negative(1 star) reviews. I compared the same place on Google reviews and they obviously filter out negatives and pulls positive reviews from Google. Probably making money from business owners. Disgusting!

This site is just paid-for reviews. The system gives points for reviews that you exchange for gift cards, but who's going to risk not getting their points for a negative review. All you get is people reviewing again and again with positive comments so that the property manager gives you more points. It's not something I would trust to get information about a place I would want to live at.
