I had a great experience ordering my new sofa through ModernClassic.com. The team was very helpful throughout the entire ordering process. They answered all of my questions quickly, and even gave me more options for customization than the website allows. While shipping took some time the value I got in quality, ability to customize the sofa, and customer service made the experience great.

I had an exceptional experience working with ModernClassic on the production of several pieces for my home, including a sofa, ottoman, and counter stools, and I truly could not be happier with both the finished pieces and the entire process. As an architect and interior designer, I am extremely detail-oriented and tend to pay attention to things that might seem very small—from proportions, dimensions, materials, stitching, and finishes to the way individual details come together in the final piece. What impressed me most about the ModernClassic team was how receptive they were to every one of those details. Nothing was ever dismissed as too minor. They listened carefully, asked the right questions, and made a genuine effort to understand the design intent behind each request. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. Every question or concern was addressed promptly, and emails were typically answered within just a few hours. I never felt that I had to chase anyone for information. The process was also remarkably transparent: I received photos during production, updates as the pieces progressed, photos of the completed furniture, and even photos once everything had been carefully packaged for shipment. You really feel involved throughout the entire process, which gives tremendous peace of mind when ordering custom furniture. By the time the pieces arrive, there are no unpleasant surprises because you have been part of the journey from production through delivery. Shipping and delivery were equally smooth, and everything arrived beautifully and carefully packaged. I also have to give very special recognition to Merry, who was truly the powerhouse behind this experience. She is incredibly diligent, organized, responsive, and thoughtful. She consistently kept me updated on both production and shipping without my having to ask, followed up on every detail, and made sure nothing was overlooked. More importantly, she has an excellent ability to listen to very specific design requests and communicate them clearly to both the design and production teams. That coordination is incredibly valuable, particularly for someone working with custom pieces where small details can make such a significant difference. Merry also went beyond simply processing an order. She was very helpful in providing technical information and discussing different options whenever there was an opportunity to improve the quality or execution of a piece. It felt like working with someone who genuinely cared about achieving the best possible result rather than simply completing a transaction. The final pieces are beautiful. The quality, proportions, craftsmanship, and overall appearance exceeded my expectations, and they look exactly at home in the space I designed for them. What makes ModernClassic stand out to me is not only the quality of their products, but the quality of their entire operation—the responsiveness, transparency, attention to detail, production follow-through, and level of care from beginning to end. Custom furniture can sometimes be a stressful process, especially when you are particular about details, but ModernClassic made the experience remarkably smooth and enjoyable. I am extremely happy with everything we produced together and very grateful to the entire ModernClassic team, and especially to Merry, for making the experience such a positive one. I am already looking forward to working with them again on additional furniture pieces and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who values design, craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail.

I could not be happier with my purchase of a PK 24 lounge chair. I was regularly kept abreast of the progress of the delivery which took place exactly as promised. The chair is gorgeous and, if anything, even nicer than I had expected with both the wicker and leather quality exceeding my expectations. Thank you for a fantastic transaction!

The sofa I ordered turned out perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the excellent craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and thoughtful design. ModernClassic's customer service was incredibly helpful and a true pleasure to work with. They replied to all of my emails quickly, helped me finalize the design by sharing photos of leather swatches and previously shipped pieces of furniture, and kept me posted on every step of the shipping and delivery process. They were very patient with me and went out of their way to order a special leather for the sofa. In many ways, I found that buying directly from the manufacturer was a much nicer experience than going through a normal big-box retailer middleman. I highly recommend reaching out and having a conversation with them about their products. I wish doing business with every company was so straightforward, pleasant, and fruitful.

This Dario Oval Stone Table is absolutely gorgeous! The Italian travertine has such a natural, unique look—each pit and variation gives it character. The honed finish feels smooth, and the oval shape is perfect for dinners with family or friends. Assembly was simple, and the legs with protective pads keep my floors safe while making the table rock-solid. Everything arrived super well-packed, and it feels like a truly one-of-a-kind centerpiece in my dining room. Definitely worth it!
