Poor customer service with no reply
I have ordered the hair test kit twice in the past several years and I do find it to be accurate and very helpful. It was received in a timely manner. However, this time I also ordered the saliva hormone test kit the end of March 2026. It has been almost 2 months as it is April 20th 2026. As I write this really, I have yet to receive the saliva test kit. I was told at one point it was in the mail when it was not and I finally requested a refund. There was some problems between the refund as the account I used. I have since closed out. They have no longer received replies to my inquiry of how to get my refund and have reached out through multiple ways, phone calls, emails messaging on their site with no response. I want my money back!
