Worst Experience Ever
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other customers deserve to know about my experience before spending their hard-earned money with this company. I purchased **two beds and two mattresses** based on the photos and product representations provided during the sales process. Unfortunately, what was delivered did **not** match what was advertised. The mattresses I received were completely different from those depicted in the photos I relied on when making my purchase. Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand that. What I cannot understand is the complete unwillingness to correct the problem. After spending a significant amount of money, I was told there was "nothing they could do" because of the company's mattress return policy, despite the fact that my complaint was not about simply changing my mind. My concern was that the products delivered did not match the products that were represented to me before I made the purchase. From my perspective, this is misleading. Customers should receive what they were shown and sold. A return policy should not be used to avoid addressing a legitimate complaint involving product representation. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager or the owner, I was told they could not provide me with anyone's name and that I would have to do my own research to figure out who to contact. That level of customer service is unacceptable. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or attempting to find a reasonable solution, I was met with excuses and a complete lack of accountability. Not once was I offered an exchange, a partial refund, store credit, or any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, I was left feeling that once the sale was complete, my concerns no longer mattered. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing furniture from this company to be extremely cautious. Ask detailed questions, request photos of the exact products you will receive, and get every promise in writing. Do not assume the products delivered will match the images shown during the sales process. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing furniture-buying experiences I have ever had. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes so future customers do not have the same experience. **Cullen Ali Carey** 205-239-2837
