Do NOT order from them. Like many others have mentioned already, their non-customer service is atrocious. I placed an order for 2 items, and then found out 2 or 3 days later that one of the items was out of stock; the order was not yet processed. So I contacted them the only way you can, which is through their online form, in the hopes that I can get my order cancelled and pick something else that's in stock. An automated message "replied" the next day saying that an item (the one in in stock) has been shipped. It's like they're doing it on purpose in order to keep my money. Whatever... I contacted them again the next day looking to cancel just the one out of stock, and haven't heard from them since; that is over a week now. Item is still out of stock, still no replies from an actual human, and zero updates on the other item in my order that they claimed have shipped. Having experienced this level of indifference to the customer from other UK based online stores in the past, I don't expect neither one of the items I've ordered to arrive within the next 3 months, if at all. Either case, my money is lost. Now I am forced to waste money buying the same things from other places.

Do not trust this site ! I placed an order in error and immediately cancelled within minutes , I checked the tracker before and after cancellation. It said order not processed. Then a a few hours later I receive an email to say My order has been dispatched! And the returns process has been deliberately made so long winded and difficult. This site is a complete con ! Buyer beware ! I have given up hope that I will ever get my money back from these people

I purchased a wireless charger adapter. It didn't work so I havebeen trying to return it for a refund. Have not heard back from Mobile USA. LOUSY CUSTIMER SERVICE.

I was supposed to receive my phone case in July. It is now Nov and they supposedly mailed a new one Sept. 19th. Still no phone case!! Please be aware of this site.....understand they do not track their pkgs and they seem to be coming in international mail. If you need your item in any semblance of time......go elsewhere.

I purchased a screen protector for the Google Pixel 5 for the extortionate price of £20 for ONE protector, so I foolishly assumed their product would be far superior to the cheaper competition. Nope. It wasn't even the product at all. How cheeky is that? They just took an old screen protector (they probably had loads in stock from an old phone and didn't sell them all) and stuck a new label over the top. I removed the label to find it was actually a screen protector for a Samsung S10 Lite. It didn't remotely fit the phone. It was nowhere near the size of the phone. Of course, I got in touch and explained this and they had the cheek to ask for picture proof - as if they were unaware their company has purposefully repackaged old products? I got the refund in the end but did not enjoy wasting so much time over a screen protector. Really disappointed. Will be actively encouraging people to avoid this company.

Dont not order from them. Ordered a whitestone dome from them not cheap! Was back ordered 2 days. Waited 3 weeks and no update. Emailed them, they emailed back saying it was shipped that day. That day they repied back, waited 3 weeks received the item. Opened it up glass broken. Emailed them. No response now

DO NOT ORDER NOT LEGIT They are out of stock of a majority of the items they list on their website. You could be waiting weeks like I did and then not receive the product at all. They are criminals.

Really disappointed with this site. I ordered a iPhone cover which I know I had added the correct version. This arrived on time but was the wrong one and too small. I was not able to speak to anyone and each time I emailed customer services to ask if they waive the return charges and change to the correct model, I got a shorty curt answer saying I had ordered the wrong one, which I know very well I hadn’t. Not en expensive item but with customer service care like this, will not ever use them again.
