MobileFun have taken my money. No sign of my order. They deleted all trace of the order from my account and my emails to them are returned undelivered, and I see no customer service contact on the web page. Why do MobileFun make it so difficult for customers to contact them when there is a problem. This is an appalling attitude towards customers. This company is a total scamm your paying and wont get your product. Every email i get from their customer service tells me to wait x more days and that my product should arrive. Every time i mention a refund they stop replying to my emails.

Have not gotten my order, which is overdue. No tracking available. No phone number to talk to cust. service about this. Back to Amazon

I just opened the replacement they sent me for a mistake they made on an order. The screen is cracked I dont even want a replacement or any contact Buyers beware

This company is a scam as I'm to find out reading the reviews on this company only wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, im usually vigilant and read reviews before purchasing on online, I placed an order for a Samsung phone case in November it has been nearly a month and still nothing, I have sent numerous emails, and keep on getting the same automated reply which means nothing, you cannot track your order and you cannot speak to anyone. Anyone who is thinking about using this company is at the risk of loosing there money, having read many of the reviews,I can only assume its pot luck, or the 4, 5, stars they have on there are false, good luck anyone using this Fraudster website, not even a company

Srsly I wish I'd never order my Galaxy note20 ultra S pen. I havent received my order until now. I tried to sent an email thru their customer service something but I havent received any reply from them. I think this whole thing is a SCAM! What kind of site/company doesnt have a customer service? Shame on this company I will file a case from you guys!

I ordered a phone case and never received my order. It's been a month now... Don't think it's coming. Thankfully I paid through PayPal, so I opened a case to get my money back. Do not buy anything from this company.
