I had ordered for an iPhone cover and to my dismay it was delivered to me in a broken state. I immediately wrote to Mobilefun customer care complaining them of the event. Got a reply on the same day from customer care department and I was attended by Laurence Smith. Laurence was very polite, understanding and handled the entire situation very professionally. She was convincingly apologetic and made me believe that the company really cares of their customers. She answered all my queries patiently, took note of my requests and has already got another piece dispatched that should arrive soon and hopefully in good shape. Thank you Laurence Smith for all the help and an amazing customer care experience :-)

I purchased an FM modulator/car holder for my iPhone 6 Plus from Mobile Fun and the item is exactly as described. I ordered a second one for another car. Mobile Fun fulfilled the order and quickly shipped. Their communication is excellent and their customer service is always willing to go the extra mile to help.

My order was delivered faster than anticipated, and my email to customer service during the ordering process was answered promptly and courteously.

Item was delivered almost a week before estimated arrival date. My only criticism is that the item only had one photo, which made it difficult to know exactly what I was ordering. Other than that, item is better than expected and arrived fast!
