Very poor delivery system still waiting on my phone case which i ordered over a week ago. i dont understand this there stupid super saver delivery method for something thats coming from Birmingham. on top off that no contact number for the company which makes it worse... it does not take over a week to receive a delivery im super angry

I ordered a phone case for fold 2 phone .I haven't got confirmation email ever since I am struggling to contact them .I received a message someone will contact me but still no one contact me either.

My only regret was not reading the reviews before making a purchase. Had I known this company's a scam, I would have totally avoided it. I placed an order by mistake and requested to cancel immediately. They did not respond to that and the next E-mail I got (a week later) was the shipping notification. They could have responded to the cancel request during that whole week before the item was shipped out! It's like they didn't respond and processed the order on purpose so that I don't get a chance of getting my money back. Yet when I E-mailed to complain about the situation, they were quick to respond to say there's nothing that could be done. Where was this quickness when I was trying to cancel my order? If they know they get overwhelming E-mails and can't stay on top of them, then maybe their order cancellation process has to be more efficient than having to send them an E-mail first via contact form. Or better yet, don't have the cancel order option at all if there's a chance you'll be unable to catch an order before it gets shipped out. And now I have to wait forever before getting a refund via return when they could have fixed it from the get go. So disappointing!

My Samsung charger was supposed to be an original one rubbish. charges so slow came in some weird packaging is definitely not an authentic Samsung charger. My cheaper one works better. Refrain waste of money

Over 2 weeks and no delivery of a case and tablet stand. Frustrating.

Haven’t received my order for two phone cases and didn’t get tracking for it either would like my money back and customer service isn’t replied to me either scam.

Terrible experience. They list their site as Canadian but they ship from the UK. I ordered a case and two screen/camera protectors from them. The case was cheap plastic junk and neither of the screen protectors actually fit the device they claimed it would. They ignored my support request and their return policy would have ended up costing me almost the same price as the order to ship overseas. Save your money.

Please stay away from these clowns . First protector instructions didn't marry up to the protector. Second one ordered and said it was full adhesive but it wasn't just the edges ,liars and rip off , steer clear
