MobileFun.comReviews of mobilefun.com

I am disappointed with this order. I was supposed to receive this order on Dec. 24th, however, I received an email that shipment is delayed until Jan. 4th. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I cannot rate the product because I haven't received it.

I've tried to cancel my order but have not gotten any response. There is no phone number to speak to a live person. I'm not happy. By the way, I've received two Phishing emails and one text impersonating your site after my order.

First time making a purchase from this website. I paid extra for it to deliver faster, and it's been almost 2 weeks and the package is in an unknown state. Very frustrating.

The case looks good and the see-through cover works fine. The problem is that it is supposed to be the official cover for Sony Xperia Performance but it does not fit the phone properly. The phone is a little too think for it and the front cover therefore fails to close properly. Very disappointing

I ordered a Charge Pit 6 port universal charging station on MobilFun Canada and received no power cord to plug it in , only international plugs. I have sent three emails requesting whether this item should be returned or whether the power cord is being sent or I should return the product. Be careful what you order in North America because the customer service post delivery seems to be lacking!!!!!

Ordered 2 items that were supposed to be posted with Canada post, so i could receive them theorically 2-3 days later. 7 days later nothing ... i go check my confirmation e-mail and it seems the shipping method is Royal Mail International Sort even if it says canada post everywhere from my purchase to my confirmation page. Now I can't use my cell phone for over a month since it's shipping from oversea .... good job mates! All the bad reviews down there are from real customers, all others must be fake good reviews.

Does not fit the Kyocera brigadier phone like it said it would. I have the feeling it wont work on a lot of phones that this set has listed. be careful

Recently I decided to get an extended battery for my Samsung S5 because I use my phone constantly. I ordered the battery with case from Samsung through mobilefun.com. I waited for just about 2 weeks time to finally get in touch with the company because it's indicated within the receipt that it is being shipped through 'USPS Tracked Mail Service' which within the site indicates a 4-6 business day shipping time frame. I received a response from some gentleman who claims it is shipping through an entirely different method, being condescending and didn't bother with a response. You sell great products, check your staff as they aren't up to par. Also, avoid sending e-mails to review the item before it even arrives (in fact a week and a half before so), especially when you are going to leave such stringent guidelines of how to review your item and the fact that you'll alter anything and everything with it.
