The item that I purchased was not available at the time of ordering but I was kept informed of its expected arrival into the warehouse and also given the option of an alternative or a refund. With the confirmation of an arrival date into the warehouse i was given a date for me to receive delivery which I did. I felt that I was kept informed of the progress of the item for which I comment the company.
