I ordred an Phone Case in the early Octobre. Since i order it i just get some delivery delays. Yesterday i got number 12 of the exact same mail.Pretty Bad organisation!

I would like to review the products I ordered, but I can't because they still have not arrived. I ordered them en route to a vacation home. When I was forced to upgrade to the premium shipping based on the value of my items (1-2 business days), I decided to have it shipped to the vacation home since we would not at our home to receive it for several days. Based on most recent tracking info, it is scheduled to be delivered to our vacation home 1 day after we are leaving, 6 full business days after it was ordered. Now I have to figure out how to get it shipped back to our home.

I ordered a product valued at about $100 and they sent me an older version valued at about $50. I asked that they resolve the issue by sending me the correct product or issuing me a refund. They refused. Buyer beware!!

Ordered item 12/18/16, received email, that my order was shipped 12/19. Today, 12/29/16, received survey about order/shipment, but no actual order. I went on company's website to track the order- said shipped and nothing else.

Paid for my packages in good faith that they would arrive within 5-10 business days from Dec 6th & 7th respectively. Since then I have received automated requests to review these items, but no order has arrived yet!!!! I cannot track the package nor can I count on them being here before Christmas. Not good customer service. Would hesitate to use MobileFun again.

I don't trust that this company comes back to ask for your credit card information to verify your order.

It would be a better experience if I could get what I ordered

Intolerable : a lot of delivery exceptions ! The first item will make about a month to arrive !!!
