Love your site but how long does it take till i get my refund?

The item I needed was out of stock on the original website , however I found it on here and was so excited !!! In fact it was cheaper and the exact same item. It arrived on time and looks great on my phone !

Order was delivered week ahead of schedule. Everything was perfect!

I ordered a high-end screen protector for my Galaxy Note 8 over the holidays. I waited until the last estimated shipment arrival date and the item still didn't show up. Frustrated, I got in touch with the Customer Care Team at MobileFun and they turned my experience around! Shipments get lost and delayed; especially during the holidays. I understand that and choose not to judge the company based on this. I got an immediate response from the MobileFun Team offering a full refund or to reship the item with express shipping all at their expense. They were apologetic and polite. I chose to have the item reshipped and they immediately got back to me with tracking information. The item arrived within several days of me emailing them. The way that companies deal with customer issues speaks volumes. Despite having to wait much longer than I expected for my item, I still feel that MobileFun deserves the full 5 stars because of how they dealt with my issue. They earned my trust by showing me that they take care of their customers after the sale is complete. For this reason, I'll gladly shop with them again.

As a first time user of this Co I found their customer care was brilliant. I had an issue with fitting my screen protector, probably my fault as I’m not the most patient person!! I emailed the issue through for advice and they made a very kind goodwill gesture which I am sure is very rare with other online retailers, especially as I wasn’t a regular buyer. All my products ordered from them arrived in super quick time - will be buying from them again 11/10 from my experience - nb its tricky to phone them or live chat but their email response is very quick if you need to contact them.
