I ordered something in March, its now the middle of May - no product. They took my money from DAY -1 - they told me to track the item that the website will tell me when they will receive stock. It counts down and then a day before it's suppose to come it resets to a couple weeks, a month, etc... My last countdown was suppose to receive it in the middle may and now it saying I will get this product in August... Absurd.. I could of went to Best Buy and got the product tomorrow. I asked them for my money back - they were unwilling and said I can only exchange for another product on their website- thank but no thanks!

No response from customer service for the tickets.

I was charged TWICE ($155.98 x 2)on Paypal for a single order. I tried calling Mobile Fun: no answer. I contacted them twice through their web site: no response. Then I got an email saying that item was not available as promised and available only later: so I cancelled both orders. But I still got charged the full amount. Additionally, the item came with a free promotion of a cleaning cloth. I received the cleaning cloth delivered (TWICE!) by DHL and got charged $16.99 per delivery: without the actual item. I have had no reply to my emails sent for the original duplicate order, or the cancellations and have been charged total of $311.96 for cancelled and duplicate items!

No communication with me and never receive my merchandise or refund my money never I would buy there again

44? No indication that the firm is in the UK when buying a new Samsung DeX Multimedia Hub. No way to contact them. They say the hub will ship in a matter of days... others say weeks or even months! Billing was IMMEDIATE. Approximately $150.00 USA came right out of my PayPal account. I'll have them try to get the facts on this outfit. I WILL increase the number of stars and upgrade this review if, somehow, this company delivers the DeX hub next week as they claim.

Very bad site not trust worthy

A "glitch" somehow lost my order. Received order confirmation email but never any kind of shipment notification. Paid for fastest shipping, still no word of order being sent out. 3 emails to customer service, word on eta.

I ordered a case, (and the company accepted my payment) over 3 weeks ago. the website said that the product would be shipped within the week, 3 weeks later and that has changed to another 2-3 weeks before shipment, and now customer service is telling me that they don't know when it's coming. So essentially, mobilefun sold me a product, took my money, and has no way of offering me said product, and I am without a case for my phone and all they will say is I can order another one? seriously? I'm pretty sure your company would be aware of laws regarding mail, telephone or online shipments that state " By law, a seller should ship your order within the time stated in its ads or over the phone. If the seller doesn’t promise a time, you can expect it to ship your order within 30 days I'd like a better resolution then, "you can order another one and we'll bill your card"
