MobileFun.comReviews of mobilefun.com

Mobile Fun is a one stop for authentic products. I got the exact i ordered. though for the item i had to pay customs duty ! but that is not on Mobile fun. Highly recommend the site for kool Gadgets the have listed in there. Keep Up the good Work!

Great deals on good products. Reliable shipping.

I have bought all sorts of items over the last few years and without exception have found their service above and beyond the competition.

Excellent service and fast delivery, cant really ask for more can you. Great product range and good prices so will use them again and highly recommend them A+++++

Very Helpful Personal Follow-up Service I made a mistake when making the payment: I made the "mistake" of going back one page to double confirm the order details, but somehow the page couldn't be loaded. After a few clicks, I managed to proceed with confirming the payment. My bank sms me about the credit card charge, but I couldn't see my order, and I wrote them for help. I didn't know this company before. Because the quote was in HK dollars, I even thought it was a Hong Kong company (It is a UK-based company.). Anyway, I wrote to them to seek their help. Miss Fiona Myers, their Customer Service Section Leader, personally responded. She promised to locate my credit card transaction and fix the order, provided that I sent her the last set of numbers in my credit card. I then sent her the required info, and she fixed the problem and dispatched my order right away. I feel relieved that I am talking to a person with a name and who takes personal responsibility to sort out my problem. Many thanks. Much appreciated. Andy Ng Hong Kong

I am a Top Salesperson for the largest Ford Dealership in my region, and all I have to say is forget all the negative reviews here...this Company simply put is Awesome. If you want to be treated royally .... do business with Mobile Fun! Thanks again for your impeccable service!

I have used them 3 times so far and there service is excellent, once for a refund for a incorrectly ordered phone case, the return was painless, straightforward and quick. The other two, quick delivery excellent products. Would happily recommend to anyone.

I have used Mobilefun for screen protectors and phone cases two times, and both times I have been very satisfied. They have some nice products of good quality for your phone. The customer service is fast and helpful. I received my package within the time expected. I will continue to use Mobilefun in the future.
